The Rutgers University Law Review publishes five issues annually. The cost of an annual subscription is $38.00 for domestic customers and $63.00 for international customers. A subscription request may be made by mailing a check payable to Rutgers University Law Review, along with the customer’s complete mailing address and telephone number, to:

PERMISSION REQUESTS

Permission to reprint Rutgers University Law Review articles or article excerpts is granted through the Law Review’s business office. Please direct all requests to rutgersuniversity.lawreview@gmail.com and include the phrase “Permission Request” in the subject heading. Requests may also be sent via regular mail to:

Please include the following information with your request:

(1) The exact cite, author’s name, and title of the copyrighted material;

(2) A description of how the copyrighted material will be used;

(3) The author and title of the work in which the copyrighted material is to be printed;

(4) The publishing house, proposed date of publication, and the number of copies that will be published.

Because the Rutgers University Law Review retains copyright to the collective work only, it will be necessary in most cases to obtain additional permission from the author of the copyrighted material.

Please join the Rutgers University Law Review at the 27th Annual State Constitutional Law Lecture at Rutgers Law School, Camden campus, on Tuesday, Feb. 2, at 12:00 PM. Mary Bonauto, who successfully argued for marriage equality before the Supreme Court in Obergefell v. Hodges, will serve as the speaker.

The American Law Institute announces the publication of Volume 68, Issue 1.

The New Jersey Women Lawyers Association recognized two Law Review members at its 8th Annual Women’s Initiative and Leaders in the Law Platinum Gala. The Honorable Barbara Byrd Wecker ’74 received the Platinum Award and Sabrina Baig ’17 received a grant for her essay, A Near Zero Tolerance Policy.

Congratulations to Staff Editor Christine Braswell ’17 for receiving a scholarship from Cohen, Placitella & Roth, P.C. The scholarship is granted based on the student’s academic, vocational, and volunteer background.
