The Rutgers University Law Review publishes five issues annually. The cost of an annual subscription is $38.00 for domestic customers and $63.00 for international customers. Permission to reprint Rutgers University Law Review articles or article excerpts is granted through the Law Review’s business office. Please include the following information with your request:
(1) The exact cite, author’s name, and title of the copyrighted material;
(2) A description of how the copyrighted material will be used;
(3) The author and title of the work in which the copyrighted material is to be printed;
(4) The publishing house, proposed date of publication, and the number of copies that will be published.
Because the Rutgers University Law Review retains copyright to the collective work only, it will be necessary in most cases to obtain additional permission from the author of the copyrighted material.
