Commentaries
Rutgers University Law Review – Commentaries is the online companion of the Rutgers University Law Review. We aim to publish scholarly works from practitioners, judges, students, and scholars, as well as responses to previously published commentaries and articles. These articles may include case comments, practitioner guides, essays, book reviews, and op-eds.
Commentaries will be published on a rolling basis. Generally, commentaries will be between 5,000 and 12,500 words. Longer submissions, however, will be considered for publication. Commentaries must conform to traditional legal journal standards.
