Please join the Rutgers University Law Review at the 27th Annual State Constitutional Law Lecture at Rutgers Law School, Camden campus, on Tuesday, Feb. 2, at 12:00 PM. Mary Bonauto, who successfully argued for marriage equality before the Supreme Court in Obergefell v. Hodges, will serve as the speaker.

The American Law Institute announces the publication of Volume 68, Issue 1.

The New Jersey Women Lawyers Association recognized two Law Review members at its 8th Annual Women’s Initiative and Leaders in the Law Platinum Gala. The Honorable Barbara Byrd Wecker ’74 received the Platinum Award and Sabrina Baig ’17 received a grant for her essay, A Near Zero Tolerance Policy.
